In Snow License Manager, the Web Configurator may show blank connection details. After you enter and save values, they may disappear when you reopen it. This issue can occur when the Windows policy System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing is enabled.

The Server, Database, User name, and Password fields may be empty:

When you manually enter license information on the License tab, the Web Configurator may display Invalid license information:

In C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\web.config, searching for connectionString may show an empty value:
