Why is the invoice reference field showing as blank on the 'Maintenance and support overview' report?

Question

The “InvoiceReference” is populated for the license within the "License List" but it is missing within the "Maintenance and support overview" report.  Is this correct?

Explanation

  • The report is checking the “Maintenance and support” tab of the license
  • In this example there is no “InvoiceReference” in that tab
  • For this reason, it is correctly displaying an empty value for the field.

  • If you want to look for licenses with “InvoiceReference” populated within the “Purchase” tab please run the “All licenses” report.
