When trying to activate a composite transaction with appcomptranutil the following error may be generated:

ERROR: API function 60041 failed, result 51404

This is caused by not specifying the port number in the ServerURL when activating a license.

e.g.

appcomptranutil -new -transaction http://rocky/flexnet/services/ActivationService -activate act56

To resolve this issue a port number will need to be specified in the ServerURL, see example below.
