We got the same user created twice - one as FLEXNET user and another as Active Directory user. Hence he is having fulfilling orders. We want to delete the FLEXNET user. Unable to do so as we get the error message "User abcde cannot be deleted. This user has state change history records".
Flexnet User is in "Inactive" mode but still unable to delete the User"


Answer

Since the user has been created twice, once as a Flexnet User and another one as a Active Directory User. There are multiple records in database. Also The Flexnet User is in "Inactive" mode but still unable to delete the User"
Engineering Provided the Solution as follows:
It is not possible to delete the user from User Interface in above scenario so it has to be manuallly deleted using the folliwng steps:
1- Remove the References from OPS_STATE_CHANGE_HISTORY table where the records of the users are found.
2-Then Remove the User from UI.
