Symptoms

After deleting TEST entitlements it is possible to encounter this error when trying to remove any test organisations involved in FlexNet Operations On-Premises:
"Organization unit xxxxx cannot be deleted. This organization units owns hosts"

Cause

This error can occur because it is possible to delete TEST entitlements without having to return fulfillments.

Resolution

The host in question needs to be deleted from the 'Manage Hosts' option -
On the left hand side of the ?Support Licenses? screen in the admin portal there is a ?Manage Hosts? option. If you select this, all of the host ids on the system are displayed. If you do not know the Host ID that was used then you can sort the list by the organisation to find the host that is preventing the deletion of that entity. Deleting the host should enable you to delete the organisation in question.
