Question:
How to create TEST Entitlement and TEST line items using Web service
Answer:
There is no direct Web Service to create Test Entitlement but we can create Test Entitlement and Test line items if you follow the below steps.
1. Using createSimpleEntitlement request to create a simple Entitlement.
2. Using setEntitlementState to TEST ( <urn:stateToSet>TEST</urn:stateToSet>)
3. Using setLineItemState to TEST ( <urn:stateToSet>TEST</urn:stateToSet>).
Note: Followed by creating any line item on the same Entitlement will be created with Test status.
