This article outlines the procedure for requesting a new version of the FlexNet Code Insight Compliance Library

Synopsis

The FlexNet Code Insight Compliance Library contains over 12.9 million entries and over 2.5 million detection rules. This is available to download from our Product and License Center using the Compliance Library Installer. Weekly component updates are published by our Library team which are added to the FlexNet Code Insight database through the electronic update functionality within FlexNet Code Insight.

Workaround

Should you ever require a new Compliance Library, such as for a new environment or because a new GA release has become available, these can be downloaded using the Compliance Library Installer available from our Product and License Center. If you are unable to download the Compliance Library, these can also be requested from our Technical Support team by raising a support case containing the following details:
