This article will explain how to return/transfer a licence from a concurrent licence server.New/Current Products (Using an Activation Code)
1. Open your start menu (on the machine of the concurrent licence server) and type 'FlexNet Server License Return Wizard' then press the enter key
2. Select the licence you want to return then click the 'Next' button
3. Your licence should now be successfully returned from your licence server
InstallAnywhere & Legacy Products (Using a .lic file)
1. Log into your Product and License Center account (https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/)
2. Click the product of the licence you want to return (If you have multiple products)
3. Click 'Licenses' next to your product (i.e. InstallShield 2012 Spring Professional Concurrent)
4. Click the yellow 'Return' button on the licence(s) you want to return
