Affected Version:
The timeout feature was introduced in 5.5.4 and broke in 5.5.12. And this issue has been fixed in 5.5.20 release.
The default timeout value is 9999. Here are the steps to update the value for timeout session.
Solution:
1. Please make sure the User Console is on 5.5.4 - 5.5.9 or 5.5.20 + version.
2. Follow the below step to update the timeout value:
a. Go to UC installation Directory\User Console\Tools\Tomcat\webapps\bdna\WEB-INF
b. Update the timeout value (in minutes) of below nodes in web.xml, web-Analyze.xml and web-standalone.xml files separately.

Note:
The timeout settings will be only valid for AD/LDAP authentication model.
