This error can contain several different messages. For example:
Internal Error 2711. <feature name>
Internal Error 2711.0
Where <feature name> is specific to how the installation was authored by your software vendor. Because the cause of this error is specific to how the installation was authored, there is not much that can be done by you, the consumer, to address this issue. The software vendor has to make changes to the installation in order to avoid the error message.
Resolution

If the error message is Internal Error 2711.0, the error is happening because of an incorrect setting in the installation. This can only be changed by your software vendor.More specifically, the resolution for cause 7 should fix the error.Keep in mind that the preceding article is meant for the installation author that has created the installation. Many of the suggestions do not apply to consumers trying to install software at home.
