Summary
License record created from Adobe Purchase with known SKUs is not linked to any applications in FNMPSynopsis
Though the Adobe SKU 65227749FA is found in Flexera PURL, the license record created using the purchase with this SKU is not getting linked to any application. The same issue is also being observed when trying to create a license for the SKU 65232285FA (another Adobe SKU).Discussion
The above SKU's are for a Creative Cloud Enterprise bundles, this is not supported in FNMS 2015 and the applications need to be added manually to the license, support for this is included in FNMS 2016 R1 and higher.Was this helpful?
