Explanation
In MiddlewareOvsService method ProcessAsync issue when processing all files for middleware except ovs_status.json file. The error message indicates that there was a problem processing the data in one or more of the json files gathered by the SIOMS scanner.
Troubleshooting
To troubleshoot this issue perform the following:
- First verify that the latest version of the Snow Agent and Middleware scanner have been deployed on this computer. If not, run the upgrades and if the issue persists, continue troubleshooting.
- Next, confirm that the prequisites have been met and all installation instructions followed.
- Review the SIOMS log on the computer for any errors.
- If you have not remedied the issue, please open a new case with Snow Support, providing the following information and observations you've collected during this troubleshooting:
