How do I run a scan on a gitlab project using SSH keys instead of a user name and password.

Version Control Settings tab only takes user name and password.

You will want to leave the user name and the password fields blank for SSH access. The blank values force the system to look for an SSH key pair on the server instead of attempting to verify a user name and password.
