1. Open Web Configurator and select the Import Service tab.

2. Select Add in the Import Service.

3. Set the import file type to match the file being imported:

   • CSV (.csv)
   • XLS (.xls)
   • XLSX (.xlsx)

4. Copy the file to the Import folder (default path):

   C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services\ImportTool\DataImport\Import

5. The fields can be mapped automatically using the import file.

   • Select Auto map from file.
   • Select the file that was previously added to the Import folder.

After the fields are mapped, the ImportSettings.config file is generated.

If the import is successful, the XLSX file is removed from the Import folder.

If errors occur during the import process, information is available in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Services\ImportTool\DataImport\ErrorRows
