FOLDER_PERSONAL in Vista

I understand that FOLDER_PERSONAL points to C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data on XP according to the doc.

What about Vista? I want to point to C:\Documents and Settings\\AppData

Perhaps something like FOLDER_LOCAL_APPDATA? On Vista it seems to be C:\Users\robert\AppData\Local\.

That's [AppdataFolder] (roaming), so components in this directory need a keyfile in HKEYUSER to avoid ICE errors.
