I have a WebSiteComponent that contains a couple of files and a bunch of folders. I currently have all permissions set except Full control for an IIS AppPool user, on this component. I would like to restrict this to just Read & Execute, List and Read. I know how to do this part of the task. 

The other piece that I need is to set individual permissions on 3 folders under the WebSiteComponent. I need them to have both Modify and Write permissions enabled. 

I am only able to change the permissions at a Component level but not at an individual folder level. I have Locked down permissions set to Custom Installshield Handling. Can someone help me with how to do this.
