Unable to access PLC
I registered my company's Account ID and Product ID for InstallShield Premier, so I am the PLC Admin for our company. When I log in to the community and select the link for the PLC, I see the banner for the PLC at the top-centre of the page, and that's all that happens. There are no clickable links on the page and I cannot get any further. I have tried to access the PLC using Edge, Firefox and Chrome on two different machines. Not a good start to the revenera experience! Any advice welcome.
