FlexLM License Server - Client Can’t Connect (-15,3002)
We are facing an issue where the license can be checked out successfully on the server using lmdiag, but the client application fails with the following error:
Can't Connect to License Server (-15,3002): com.macrovision.flexlm.FlexlmException: Can't Connect to License Server (connect timed out)
The license file is configured with the correct hostname and port (e.g., 27002@hostname)
The license server status shows it's UP
Firewall on server side is not blocking the request
Any ideas on what could be causing this timeout during license checkout?

Are you still facing the issue? If yes, please check whether the license server and VD ports are open from the client to the server. Also, ensure that the LM_LICENSE_FILE is correctly set to port@IP.IP.IP.IP, using one of the abovementioned ports.
