Error 20661 - registration required
Hi,
after filling the form for "InstallShield Limited Edition for Visual Studio" I received an email with an activation key. After installing InstallShield and starting Visual Studio 2010 I am asked to activate InstallShield. But when I enter that given key, I receive the following error:
Error 20661 - The serial number you purchased requires product registration prior to serial number activation.
None of the solutions from this thread (http://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?t=198593&highlight=20661 ) worked for me.
What can I do?
System Information:
Win 7 SP1, Visual Studio 2010 SP1 (10.0.40219.1)
Please check your private messages to find the serial key that I have mailed across.
