How can I launch a message before uninstallation?

Hi,

I'm quite new using Installshield, sorry if I ask very simple things.

Here is my problem:

I try to uninstall the application when the application is running.

It looks like the installer uninstall everything but it doesn't.

There is any option or installscript in installshield that shows a windows showing that first is needed close the application to uninstall?
