Error -6041: Internal build error

Hi. I'm getting the following at the end of building my Installation:

ISDEV : fatal error -6041: Internal build error

If I remove all languages other than English, I don't this error. As soon as I re-add any other language, I start getting this error again.

Can anyone give any clues on how to debug this?
