always opens to Maintenance mode

Creating my first simple Suite Project that just installs 2 setup.exe installers.

When I run the setup it always opens to Maintenance mode. I don't get a welcome screen, license agreement, etc.

This product or the individual products have never been installed on the test machine.

Any help/ suggestions would be appreciated.

I figured it out. Was confused about the detection conditions and eligibility conditions. Set thos correctly and now operates correctly.
