Is possible disable UAC after initialization installation or during installation?This is cause that launching other exe application during installation display warning window and during transfer file installation abort with error 1925 and error: -1603 also.I have administrator privilege on PC.But if I disable UAC is everything fine.Any idea?

Disabling the UAC is the responsibility of the end user.
For a publisher point of view, you have the possibility to elevate only one time the elevation, for example, if you are using a setup.exe, you can set the Require Execution Level to Administrator, the configuration is available from Relases/Setup.exe panel.
