When uninstalling, the uninstaller quits with no warning and the uninstall is not performed. This happens if the program that is being uninstalled is running before the uninstall is started. I expect what should happen is the user should be warned about the running program, but that warning does not appear.

In the MSI log file this line exists: MSI (c) (34:E0) [11:38:51:444]: Internal Exception during install operation: 0xc0000005 at 0x6A202D8E.

The entire log file is attached.

If the program that is being uninstalled is not running, then the uninstall finishes with out any problem.
