I have an existing package that is set to copy from media and is simple sqlexpress exe (SQLEXPR_x64_ENU.exe) and on setup it won't install. I tried removing all command line options to force the sqlexpress UI to pop up but it doesn't - install is "yes"

other packages install find (msi) that work fine but this sqlexpr_x64_ENU.exe fails to install. The exe is being added to the final setup and during setup run it shows installing sql but nothing happens
