How to recover an InstallShield 2013 license key from a computer that was wiped of all data?
We have an InstallShield 2013 license key that was assigned to another computer, and now we want to release that product key so we can install Installshield onto another computer. However, the computer the key is assigned to had all it's data deleted, so it's impossible for us to free up the license key. How do we get back the lost InstallShield 2013 license key so we can install it on another device?

InstallShield 2013 has reached end-of-life and there is no activation / technical support available for this product.
The InstallShield Activation Service has been discontinued, and this was announced back on February 2, 2022.
We recommend you try our latest version of InstallShield, which is version 2025 and check if it meets your requirement. You can download our trial software from below link:
