I am trying to update the software thru Install Shield. When I click the Update button it shows the message saying " Either you are not connected to Internet or the Update Service Servers are currently unavailable." I am well connected to internet.

    Hi - what version of Installshield are you attempting to update?

    Also, are you referring to the "Update Product" button found in the Tools menu of Installshield?
