Hello,
It has been quite some time since I last launched InstallShield 2020.
Today, when I started the application, I received a message related to the license activation (see attached image).
I first tried the online repair option, but it did not resolve the issue.
After that, I followed the offline activation procedure and successfully generated the activation request.
However, now when I launch InstallShield and confirm the prompt by clicking "Yes", the application closes immediately.
Could you please advise how I can recover or restore the installation?
