  1. Error 51307: No stored request for this response.

    Hi,

     

    I have installshield 2022 full install.

     

    A few weeks ago the licence expired. This has now been renewed.

     

    When i go through the reactivation process, using the offline method, I am able to save the licence request file. When I upload this and receive the activation xml file I have not been able to load this. Originaly no load window came up. I found the registry entry to change (OfflineTransactionPending in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstallShield\28.0) which forces the window to open which allows you to load the activation filew. When i load the activation xml on this window I get an error: Error 51307: No stored request for this response.

     

    Does anyone know how to reolve this error? I have the licence request file and activation file on my desktop an am wondering is it as simple as having the request file in the right location?

      Hi,

       

      Our next Major Release of Installshield (2026 R1) will include by default the Microsoft .NET 10 Desktop Runtime prerequiste.

      In addition we are adding .net Core 10 custom action support which we are also aiming for the same release.

       

      At the current momement we don't have a date for when this release will be available.

  3. I had a disk failure on my machine with InstallShield Express 2016 installed, so I installed the software on a new disk but now I cannot activate it. On a product and license server I don't see a button to return the license from the old computer.
